Boats and yachts are complex, and many owners struggle to manage their systems and issues. Communication between dealers, OEMs, and customers is often broken, leaving boaters without proper support. With rising expectations for seamless connectivity and 24/7 help, customer interactions often feel reactive and impersonal.

Building a continuous customer relationship with Cadentia


Saxdor partnered with Cadentia to create the first AI-powered digital companion in leisure boating, turning its vision of smarter, more personal customer connections into reality. Cadentia exists to help companies move from one-off service models to ongoing relationships, and its AI companions listen, learn, and respond in real time—replacing traditional reactive support tools with continuous, two-way interaction. The launch of Saxdor AI demonstrates how this shift toward intelligent, relationship-driven engagement works in practice.

From concept to companion

Our collaboration began at Boot Düsseldorf 2025, where Saxdor launched Saxdor AI and its Virtual Showroom — moving from concept to live demo in just 4 weeks. Visitors explored the fleet, designed their dream yacht, and experienced the brand in a new way. By June, Saxdor AI expanded to the global dealer network, offering a 24/7 digital expert that provides instant product details, configuration support, and customer answers across all time zones.

Saxdor AI is built on Cadentia’s platform, which enables rapid development and deployment of AI companions tailored to specific brand needs. The platform integrates advanced natural language processing, real-time data access, and personalized interaction capabilities to deliver a seamless user experience.
Erna Rusi, Saxdor’s CEO, said it best: a great boating experience is more than just the boat. Bringing the seamless and intuitive touch people expect in daily life to the water lets owners skip the hassle and just enjoy the ride.

At the Cannes Yachting Festival in September, Saxdor AI became a true owner’s companion. Acting as a co-pilot, it serves as a dynamic manual that owners can query at any time. It interprets automatic alerts, explains situations and recommends clear actions. Interactive onboarding, service scheduling and round-the-clock support make ownership easier, safer and more enjoyable.

Events are about discovering, learning and connecting, but navigating them can be overwhelming. Schedules are packed, venues are large, and finding the right program, exhibitor or stage often takes more time than expected.


Personal and seamless experiences with Cadentia


Messukeskus, Finland’s largest event organiser, draws millions of visitors every year. Smooth navigation and personalised experiences are central to keeping visitors engaged and exhibitors successful.

Cadentia, together with Messukeskus, set out to explore how AI could transform the way people move through and interact at large fairs. The goal was to create an AI companion that makes every visit more personal, interactive and seamless.

From proof of concept to public beta


Our journey began at Auto 25 fair back in March 2025, where Cadentia built a proof of concept in just one week. Visitors could test the AI guide on-site, giving feedback through live interviews. The results were clear: AI could add real value in a fast-paced fair environment by helping people find what they needed faster and with less stress.

The next step was a public beta at Lapsimessut, Finland’s biggest family fair. Here, thousands of visitors used the AI companion to plan their day, navigate the venue and stay updated with live programme changes. They searched for exhibitors, got inspiration tailored to their preferences and asked practical questions about arrival, facilities and services. In the hectic setting, the guide proved especially useful in helping families make the most of their time at Messukeskus.

Scaling across flagship events


Building on this success, Messukeskus will roll out the AI guide to its flagship fairs in autumn 2025. Visitors to Kirjamessut, Finland’s largest fair with more than 100,000 annual attendees, will have access to real-time guidance, contextual recommendations and richer interactive features.


Looking ahead


The next step is to extend the benefits to exhibitors. AI companions will give exhibitors a new tool to support sales, answer questions and engage customers, while also opening up opportunities for Messukeskus to build a new kind of media channel around the platform.

For visitors, the AI guide means less time spent searching and more time enjoying the event. For exhibitors, it creates stronger connections with potential customers. And for Messukeskus, it’s a new way to set the standard for modern event experiences.
